Ningbo Zhoulong Plastic Mould Co. Ltd (Ninghai Kowloon Mould Factory) is located in the south of economically developed Yangtze River Delta, known as “China Mold Base” - Ninghai.
Zhoulong has advanced processing equipments and supporting facilities, Specializing in the mold designing and production. In 2010, Zhoulong had passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification. Now it has 115 employees, including 5 senior engineers, 15 designers, 25 senior mould technicians, 40 skilled craftsmen , and over 20 professional machine operators . Using advanced UG / Pro / E / Power MILL / Cim-it software, and implementing integrated workflow model, Zhoulong has established a high-speed network system, and significantly shortened the molding cycle.
So far, Zhoulong has designed and made several sets of mold for Taiwan, Europe, Japan, Indonesia and other companies.
